Damascene Ntambara currently serves as Projects Coordinator at Rwanda Development Organization. He coordinates the Poultry Project and the Environmental protection Project.

He is an Environmental and Livestock expert with thirteen (13) years of experience. He held senior management positions in different International and Local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Rwanda. He holds a First-Class Honors Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, a Second-Class Upper Master’s Degree in Agribusiness, and a Second-Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences with Honors in Animal Production. He has vast experience in working with small holder farmers, farmers’ cooperatives and producer organisations to generate income from Environmental and livestock activities. He possess excellent skills in formulating, analyzing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting of project activities.
