He holds a masters degree in Local Governance studies, a Bachelors degree in Business Studies (Management) and a diploma in Education. He also served as Resource Mobilization officer and project coordinator. Prior to joining RDO he served as a data analyst, Counselor and Mayor.

As the M&E professional, he plays a key role in facilitating the input of project staff, partners and other stakeholders in project design and measurement activities. On a daily basis, he plays an essential role in tracking and updating M&E data as well as ensuring the data is of the best quality possible.
