This is a Project funded by the Global Fund, Rwanda Bio-medical Centre and the Ministry of Health Under the SPIU (Single Project Implementation Unit). The Project aim at Training and teaching Adolescent girls and Young women in and out of school on sexual and reproductive Health (SRH), HIV and STIs, gender based violence (GBV) and life skills. Organizing a mass campaign for positive prevention awareness (WAD) in districts at cell level to  attract many people which is an opportunity for mass mobilization on fight against HIV. The Project objective are :

1. Coordination meetings with the In charge of community health workers at Health Center and District Hospital levels and representatives of CHWs was organized at district level. Data on TB incidence in the district were discussed, and information on TB and Diabetics diseases shared.

2. Sensitization of diabetic through their association based at Kinamba in Gasabo district and health facilities (health centers and hospitals) and sensitized on TB prevention and infection control.

3. To raise community awareness on HIV especially among young females (in and out of school) and young women for HIV prevention and control.

4. To improve the access to HIV preventive and curative services by the community.

5. To improve the capacity of community mobilisers (local leaders, community health workers, peer educators) to sensitize the community on HIV prevention and control.

6. To reduce HIV prevalence by preventing new infections.
